The Jasmine tea was very disappointing. Barely noticeable jasmine aroma or flavor. Small particles went through filter, spoiling appearance of tea. This had never happened with any other tea product. Delivery was prompt and reasonable. The web site is very good. However in this instance, the product was unsafisactory.

My husband and I enjoy tea on a fairly regular basis, and until recently we've only purchased teabags. No more! We'll stick with the very few teabags that we truly enjoy and purchase the rest in loose-tea form from your company. Thanks so much for making so many flavors and types of tea available at such reasonable prices!

Being in avid tea drinker, it's great to be able to try so many different ones. I grew up drinking genmaicha and japanese sencha, but now I am in love with Long Island Strawberry and the gyokuro extra fancy. Thanks for the fast shipping and the little note in my order. You guys are fantastic!
