Paper Street Teas uses UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service to ship our products. We have a flat shipping fee of $4.95 only for all items. Any orders over $75 before any discounts will be shipped for free.
Customers will usually receive their order in 2-5 days via ground shipping. We do not offer next day or 2-day shipping at the moment. We will have these options available in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For returns, the account will be credited within 30 days. Customer must pay for shipping. We will give you a full refund for unopened tea or exchange it. Custom teas cannot be returned or exchanged. We will deduct the shipping amount if applicable.
