Paper Street Teas uses UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service to ship our products. We have a flat shipping fee of $4.95 only for all items.
Customers will usually receive their order in 2-5 days via ground shipping. We do not offer next day or 2-day shipping at the moment. We will have these options available in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For returns, the account will be credited within 30 days. Customer must pay for shipping. We will give you a full refund for unopened tea or exchange it. Custom teas cannot be returned or exchanged. We will deduct the shipping amount if applicable.

The Jasmine tea was very disappointing. Barely noticeable jasmine aroma or flavor. Small particles went through filter, spoiling appearance of tea. This had never happened with any other tea product. Delivery was prompt and reasonable. The web site is very good. However in this instance, the product was unsafisactory.
