Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is semi-fermented compared to green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fully fermented). Oolongs are easily recognized by the appearance of the leaves which are stout, crinkled and when infused, often tend greenish with reddish edges. Some tea enthusiasts insist that oolong tea, which usually has a delicate flavor, is the champagne of all teas. We are in the process of acquiring more oolong tea that exceeds our high quality standards.
