After a long search we have finally found the greatest tasting, highest grade and quality Koicha Matcha. We have 30 grams of Matcha per tin that is good for up to 30 cups.

Matcha is the powdered leaf tea used in the traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony. To make Matcha, fresh green tea leaves from the finest Gyokuro green tea are ground into a fine powder using a stone mill. Matcha has a bright jade green color and an unexpected distinctive flavor that is mellow and slightly sweet.

When steeping tea leaves some of these beneficial compounds are extracted from the leaf, but you can never extract 100%. However, with Matcha, you get 100% of these beneficial compounds, as you are actually consuming the whole powdered leaf.

As a person who doesnt drink much caffeine, I find that I have such a wonderful selection of herbal and decaffeinated teas to choose from. Ive sampled 14 different flavors over the last month and have enjoyed each and every one for its unique taste. The herbal teas are fantastic. They are so good that I havent had one cup of store brand tea since receiving my order. (Sometimes I even eat a little of the dried fruit bits out of the can while waiting for my tea to brew.) I dont have any problems with the low-tech packaging. One can tell its not commercial packaging, but it doesnt look cheap or tacky. I havent tried the tea lab yet, but Im sure I will soon.
