I've come to the conclusion that I simply do not like citrus flavors with my green teas. It's acid trying to complement acid. The pith flavors of the rind are accentuated by the natural astringency of green tea and it overpowers any citrus flavor. It may just be me as I had the exact same problem with the Citron Green.
