Herbal Tea

Herbal teas are great for tea newbies and children. They have a terrific taste, make phenomenal iced tea, are caffeine free and full of Vitamins (including Vitamin C). These are not literally teas because they do not come from the Camellia Sinensis plant from which black, green and oolong teas are made. Herbal and Rooibos teas are referred to as tisanes for this reason.
