1. HOW TO ENTER: The Paper Street Teas 6 GB iPod mini Give a Way ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 A.M. ET on 5/01/05 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on the last day of each month during the promotional period and concludes on 7/31/05 ("Promotional Period"). To enter simply www.psteas.com, register for a free account and begin to refer-a-friend. Each refer-a-friend increases your chances of winning.. Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply and shall be your sole responsibility. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor may wish at times to send special offers and seasonal messages that may be of interest to you; please indicate whether you wish to opt-out from receiving such special offers and seasonal messages at the time you purchase or complete the entry form and survey. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET July 31, 2005 during the Promotional Period, to be eligible. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent contests or drawings.

2. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Six (6) Grand Prizes to be awarded: An iPod Mini (Approximate Retail Value: $250.00 USD each).

3. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS: Six Grand Prize winners will be selected during the Promotional Period, from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted on or about the first Friday of each month during the contest until 7/8/05, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of entries received. Prizes will be awarded and potential winners will be notified by e-mail. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award prizes of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable.

4. GENERAL RULES: Taxes, if any, related to the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize winners may be required to verify his/her address within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner selected. Return of prize notification and/or any prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. . By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these OFFICIAL RULES and winners release Sponsor, Paper Street Teas and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the OFFICIAL RULES; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, damaged, lost, or late entries due to technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures or corruption of any sort, and award prize from eligible entries received each day prior to cancellation. 5. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees and families of Paper Street Teas and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible. All United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

6. WINNERS: Winners' names will be posted at www.psteas.com a period of at least five (5) days following sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Promotion.

IN ALL EVENTS, THE SOLE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ARV OF THE PRIZES SET FORTH HEREIN.

9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE & FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SAME. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE VENUE OF THOSE COURTS WITHIN THE COUNTIES OF NASSAU AND SUFFOLK, NEW YORK.
