Refreshingly rich and tangy, this herb and fruit tea is pungent with a bold taste of lime. Makes a stunning iced tea.

Blue Lagoon was inspired by a South American drink, capirinhas. (A 'capirinha' is white rum over ice, a dash of sugar and the juice from 2 fresh limes). By virtue of the fact that this does not contain tea, only fruits and herbs - it is caffeine free. For a summertime drink, Blue Lagoon iced (maybe with sugar and rum) is hard to beat. For formal times, garnish with a slice of lime and sprig of mint. What could be better - a healthy ddrink that tastes great - hot or cold!
